Laser Light Upgrade (LLU)
Designed for 2 Series Xenon Lamp Projectors

Overview

Introducing the fourth-generation CineUnion Smart Series RGB Laser Light Source, designed to upgrade Series 2 projectors from a xenon lamp to pure RGB technology.

The fourth-generation model features a lightweight and compact design that is easy to install, eliminating the labor required for lamp replacement while providing increased brightness.

Furthermore, the modular design allows for simple plug-and-play component replacement during maintenance.

With the Laser Light Upgrade (LLU), audiences will experience exceptional projection image quality, and exhibitors will reap the benefits of a more sustainable and efficient projection system.

Laser Light Upgrade (LLU):

Pure RGB Laser Light Source

Designed for Series 2 Xenon Lamp Projectors

Designed for Barco, Christie and NEC S2 projectors

With the CineUnion RGB laser light source, this upgrade offers an impressive lifespan of up to 50,000 hours, ensuring long-lasting performance for more than 10 years, depending on daily use.

For added peace of mind, we also offer an optional extended warranty specifically designed for Barco, Christie, and NEC projection systems.

Audiences will experience a new level of visual excellence with our RGB laser light upgrade. Achieve accurate and consistent color reproduction, compatible with the DCI-P3 color gamut and close to Rec. 2020, guaranteeing vibrant and lifelike images and creating a stunning, immersive experience that complements the audio.

Key benefits

Better than laser phosphor

The RGB laser offers a longer lifespan and a higher theoretical peak brightness. The laser’s phosphor wheel degrades over time and experiences a significantly faster loss of brightness.

Longer laser lifespan; Extended projector warranty

Laser light source lifespan of up to 50,000 hours with optional extended warranty for Barco, Christie and NEC projection systems.

Eco-friendly enviroment

Between 50 and 60% less consumption than xenon lamps.

No xenon lamp costs

Xenon lamps and their associated maintenance costs are a thing of the past.

Integrated fiber-free design

Easy integration with Barco, Christie and NEC xenon lamp projectors, with a 50% reduction in projection failure rate.

Ultra-high brightness up to

Capable of increasing the brightness of a xenon lamp by more than 120%.

Accurate and uniform color reproduction

With DCI-P3 color gamut and capable of achieving the Rec.2020 color gamut (150% of NTSC color gamut).

Easy laser upgrade

Easily upgrade to laser by a certified technician.

Easy operation

Operate the laser light source from the projector controls. No waiting time for power on and off.

Safe operation with an independent cooling system

An independent liquid cooling system eliminates the risk of liquid leaks.
